General Policy

Booking Amount:

Advance Payment:

 In order to process the booking, we would need 25% of the total amount. For Flight booking we need full payment in advance.

Booking Confirmation Amount:

  • After getting the availability from the hotel / Transport etc you will be informed via email / Phone, and then you need to make the 25% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days through Net banking, Bank Transfers or Cheque in our Bank.

  • If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full refund to customer.

 

Full Balance Payment:

Remaining amount needs to be furnished 15 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are  received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

In case of any kind of cancellations we requests our customers to inform us in writing through our email at reservations@akasa.in. Cancellation charges are mentioned below, we requests our customer/s to read the guidelines related to cancellation carefully before doing any cancellation:

  • Booking amount of the total tour/package/hotel bookings/cab bookings cost would be deducted as cancellation, before 30 days prior to the arrival date/commencement date of tour/package/trip/cab booking/other travel arrangement.
     

  • 50% of the total tour/package/ hotel bookings/cab bookings cost would be deducted as cancellation, between 15 to 29 days prior to the arrival date/commencement date of tour/package/trip/cab booking/other travel arrangement.
     

  • 100% of the total tour/package/ hotel bookings/cab bookings cost would be deducted as cancellation, 14 days or less prior to the arrival date or in case of no show/commencement date of tour/package/trip/cab booking/other travel arrangement.
     

  • Air Tickets are 100% not refundable and for alteration requests airline policy will apply.
     

  • We take at least 30 working days or more to process the refunds after deducting applicable commission, gateway charges, etc.
     

  • No refund will be done for any unutilized services
     

  • There would be no refund if any member fails to join the group packages at the commencement of the tour or join the group later or leave the group before completion of the tour/travel arrangements for any reasons whatsoever

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Air fare cancellation / rescheduling charges depend on airline policy.
     

  • Guest should arrive 30mins prior in Hotel lobby for Sightseeing & Transfer
     

  • If the payment is not done on time and there will be fluctuation in the price, so the company is not liable for any type of losses.
     

  • Package cost is subject to availability, it can fluctuate anytime depending upon Currency & Airfare Fluctuations
     

  • Check in Time: 14 Hrs & Check out time 11 Hrs local time
     

  • Payment through cheque / credit card subject to realization.
     

  • The above-mentioned rates are just a quote only, rates may vary on confirmation.
     

  • The above-mentioned Airfare, Seats and Taxes are subject to Availability and not Guaranteed until Ticketed.
     

  • There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 21:00- 07:00( if not stated inside the package)
     

  • Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
     

  • Cost does not include Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like accident/theft/rail/flight/vehicle delays and cancellations due to road blockage, vehicle malfunctioning, strikes, natural calamity, political disturbance etc. and it will be borne/settled by client only. Akasa Travels will neither be responsible and nor bear these expenses. No refund shall be made for unutilized services.
     

  • We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
     

  • Akasa acts as a mediator between you and the supplier/service provider and we cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the supplier/service provider.
     

  • ALL DISPUTES SUBJECT TO PUNJAB, MOHALI JURIDICTION ONLY
